Professional Carpet Cleaning

We use truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipment, which heats the water far hotter than any canister cleaning unit could for superior, deep-cleaning power. We spot treat and can provide pet stain treatments if you let us know upon scheduling the appointment. You will be extremely pleased with the results!

Professional 44 Point Cleaning

Initial visits start at $95. Our two to four person cleaning team provides detailed home cleaning following our 44 Point Checklist. Our teams are well stocked with professional supplies and equipment necessary to clean any house. This service is available for Bi-Weekly, Monthly or on an As Needed basis.

Maid Service
(Our Most Requested Service)

We will provide task oriented cleaning or housekeeping services at any size house for one half day (four hours) at a cost of $75 per visit. We schedule this type of cleaning for either morning (8 a.m. to 12 p.m.) or afternoon (1 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
Maid Service Includes: Cleaning, laundry, organizing and general housekeeping, etc. This is a great service for new moms and busy families!
You provide the "to do" list and supplies, we do the rest.
This is our more personalized service, therefore, it is task or chore oriented. If you do want your whole house cleaned, please understand that the higher the level of cleaning expected, the more time it takes. This could result in a larger home not being completed within the four hour time period.
For this reason, we ask that you prioritize the areas that are most important to you. Some of our customers with larger homes (over 2500 Sq. Ft.) who do want their whole house completed are completely satisfied with a wipe down or lesser degree of clean. We try our best to please every one of our customers.

Move-out / Move-in Cleaning

The last thing you want to do after packing and moving everything out of your home is to clean the home you are leaving, right? After all, you still have to unpack and set up your new place too!
Let Cleantech save you some time and stress. Starting at $75.00 for a one bedroom/one bath unit, this cleaning service includes cleaning appliances inside and out, scrubbing tubs and showers, wiping out cabinets, and wiping down ceiling fans and baseboards. Carpets can be steam cleaned if needed.
We provide all of the professional supplies and equipment. This service is also great for those of you moving into a new home that you feel is just not quite clean enough.
