your employees speak English?
A: YES!
All of our employees speak English. Communication is of the utmost
importance, therefore, the ability to communicate in English is a
mandatory job requirement for all of our employees.

Q: Will you send the same person every time
for my cleaning?
A: We assign houses to our employees so that you will have the
same maid or cleaning crew almost every time. In the event that your
cleaner should be unavailable on the day of your cleaning, you would
be assigned a substitute for the time that your regular cleaner is
unavailable.

Q: Do I have to be there?
A: No
you don't have to be there. Each customer has his or her own preferences
and comfort levels, therefore, we leave this decision up to each individual.
If you are more comfortable being present for your cleaning, please
know that you are welcome to do so. If, on the other hand, you prefer
to use that time on some task of your own that requires you to leave,
please rest assured that all of our employees are insured, bonded,
and have passed criminal background checks. Your home is safe in our
hands. All that we require is that you make arrangements to provide
access.

Q: What
forms of Payment do you take?
A: We
accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Q: Are you Insured and/or Bonded?
A: Yes we are. Cleantech carries more than the minimum required
amounts of coverage for each and every employee. Each employee has
also passed a criminal background check prior to the first assignment.
