Do your employees speak English?

A: YES! All of our employees speak English. Communication is of the utmost importance, therefore, the ability to communicate in English is a mandatory job requirement for all of our employees.

Q: Will you send the same person every time for my cleaning?


A:
We assign houses to our employees so that you will have the same maid or cleaning crew almost every time. In the event that your cleaner should be unavailable on the day of your cleaning, you would be assigned a substitute for the time that your regular cleaner is unavailable.

Q: Do I have to be there?

A: No you don't have to be there. Each customer has his or her own preferences and comfort levels, therefore, we leave this decision up to each individual. If you are more comfortable being present for your cleaning, please know that you are welcome to do so. If, on the other hand, you prefer to use that time on some task of your own that requires you to leave, please rest assured that all of our employees are insured, bonded, and have passed criminal background checks. Your home is safe in our hands. All that we require is that you make arrangements to provide access.

Q: What forms of Payment do you take?

A: We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Q: Are you Insured and/or Bonded?


A:
Yes we are. Cleantech carries more than the minimum required amounts of coverage for each and every employee. Each employee has also passed a criminal background check prior to the first assignment.

Q: Do you provide your own supplies?

A: The answer to this question is both Yes and No.

Yes - If you choose either our Professional 44 point Cleaning or our Move Out/Move In Cleaning service then we provide all necessary supplies. Both of these services require professional cleaning products and equipment.

No - If you choose our Maid Service, which is a more personalized and task oriented service, you would provide the supplies and equipment necessary to accomplish the tasks on the "To Do" list you have prepared for your maid.

Q: How long will my cleaning take?

A: The Maid Service is a four hour block of time.
The Cleaning Crews generally take two to three hours to complete a cleaning assignment.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

A:
We know that there are times in life when schedules can get out of control. For those times, we provide the ability to be flexible with our schedule to help you meet yours. With at lease a 24 hour notice, we can reschedule your appointment to a day and time which better fit your schedule. If we receive less than one business day's notice or if our crew cannot access (gain entry to) your home, it will be necessary to charge the full price of your visit.

Q: Are the arrival times exact?


A:
We schedule a two hour window of time instead of an actual appointment. Please realize that things outside of our control can affect our arrival times; such as customers adding services, or a home taking longer than estimated. Rest assured that we leave no home incomplete. Because we complete each home, delays may occur as a result. In addition, a cancellation prior to your appointment may cause us to be early for your visit. So as not to interfere with your daily schedule, key access is preferred.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: This is our 24 Hour Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, we provide a 24 hour period in which you may request a recleaning. We will dutifully reclean any area of dissatisfaction within 24 hours of your request as long as that request is made within 24 hours of the time we completed your initial order.
